Recently we had the honor of photographing the incredible Brooke family – all 27 of them! This sweet family had gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving and decided it was the perfect time to get family pictures taken as well. This is a family that has FUN together and loves each other dearly, as you’ll see in their images.
We were so excited when Nikki approached us to film her wedding weekend. Yes, I said weekend! This 2-day event included a Friday Mehndi dinner and dance, then on Saturday there were both Hindu and Christian ceremonies. Throw in more delicious food and dancing and you have a wedding to remember! This was one of the few weddings where we’ve seen every guest on the dance floor – from young toddlers to young-at-heart grandparents!
Nikki & Matthew, thank you for choosing us to capture this amazing weekend and we hope that your marriage is as fun and thoughtful as your wedding.
This session is a great example of why we love portrait photography – crossing paths with wonderful people who we might not would have met otherwise. Before spending time together for our photo session, we had not previously spent time with this sweet family. And by the end of our session, they had captured our hearts! Their littlest one kept us laughing the whole time – I fully expect to see him auditioning for SYTYCD in the future. Each of their kids was incredibly kind – even to each other – and we’re going to need some parenting notes from mom and dad asap!
Truck sessions are meant for little boys in boots! These two cuties were so fun during our session with them and I suspect their stockings will be full on Christmas morning. This was our first time to offer mini sessions with Matt’s 1950 Chevy and we’ve already started our waiting list for next year! Amy and Brandon are wonderful parents and we loved watching them with their sweet boys.
